Every booking includes the cart, a professional barista, an espresso machine, freshly roasted coffee, dairy and non-dairy milk options, cold brew, tea, chai, hot chocolate, all cups and condiments, and full setup and cleanup. It's a complete, staffed service — not a bare equipment rental.
No. We believe in transparent pricing. The only additions to your quote would be a clearly-stated travel fee for venues beyond our standard service area, and any optional add-ons you choose. All costs are itemized in your proposal before you book.
Travel within our standard service area (roughly 45 minutes from San Antonio) is included. Venues farther out may incur a small travel fee, which we always specify clearly in your quote.
