Every package includes the cart, all espresso and brewing equipment, a professional barista, coffee and espresso ingredients, standard cups, napkins, and condiments. The higher-tier packages add more hours, additional baristas, and premium customization options.

No. We believe in transparent pricing. The only additions to your quote would be travel fees for venues beyond our standard service radius, and any add-ons you choose. All costs are itemized in your proposal before you book.

Packages include travel within our standard service area (roughly 45 minutes from San Antonio). Venues farther out may incur a travel fee, which we always specify clearly in your quote.

We typically require a deposit to hold your date, with the balance due closer to the event. Specific payment terms are outlined in your contract.
