Unlike a bare equipment rental, every booking comes with professional baristas, a full espresso and cold brew menu, all the ingredients and equipment, and complete setup and cleanup — so all you have to do is enjoy the coffee. Our coffee cart rental is designed to be effortless. We arrive early, set up a beautiful self-contained cart in about a 6×6 foot space, craft drinks to order throughout your event, and pack everything out when we’re done. Whether you need a two-hour pop-up or a full day of service, we build a rental package around your guest count, timeline, and budget.
We provide coffee cart hire across the greater San Antonio region, Austin, and throughout the Texas Hill Country — from downtown venues and corporate campuses to vineyards, ranches, and event halls. Many Hill Country venues are rural, so we bring a generator option for locations without easy power access.
