Booking & Availability

For weddings and peak-season events (spring and fall), we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. Corporate events and weekday bookings can often be arranged in 3–4 weeks. Reach out as early as possible to secure your date.

We serve San Antonio and all of the Texas Hill Country including New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Boerne, San Marcos, Kerrville, Wimberley, Marble Falls, and surrounding communities.

Fill out our quote request form with your event details. We'll respond within 24 hours with a proposal, and once you're ready to move forward, a deposit secures your date on our calendar.

Our packages are designed for events of 20+ guests with a minimum of 2 hours of service. Reach out if your event is smaller and we'll see what we can work out.

Pricing & Packages

Our packages start at $950 for a 2-hour, up-to-50-guest booking and go up from there based on hours, guest count, and add-ons. View our full pricing page for details.

We include travel within approximately 45 minutes of San Antonio in all packages. Events farther into the Hill Country may incur a travel fee, which is always specified clearly in your quote.

We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. A deposit is due at booking; the balance is typically due 7–14 days before the event.

Yes — custom branded cups with your logo, event name, or monogram are available as an add-on. Minimum quantities apply. Ask us for current pricing and lead times.

Menu & Drinks

Our core menu includes espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, and flavored specialty drinks. We can also create a custom menu for your event.

Yes — oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk are available in all packages. We never charge extra for alternative milks.

Absolutely. Many couples create a named signature latte for their wedding; companies add branded drinks for product launches. We'll perfect the recipe ahead of your event.

Yes — hot chocolate, chai lattes, matcha, and flavored water or lemonade can be added for non-coffee drinkers. We want every guest to have something they enjoy.

Day-of Logistics

The cart is approximately 6 feet wide by 3 feet deep. We need a 120V electrical outlet within a reasonable distance. We handle the rest.

We arrive 45–60 minutes before service begins to ensure a clean, professional setup that's ready before your first guest.

We're equipped for outdoor Texas weather — heat, humidity, and the occasional surprise shower. We bring appropriate cover for our equipment and coordinate contingency plans with you in advance.

Yes — our team handles all setup and breakdown. We leave your venue cleaner than we found it.
